What nanoblading is
A nano needle, around 0.18mm.
Nanoblading uses a digital machine fitted with an ultra-fine nano needle — roughly 0.18mm — to deposit pigment as fine hairstrokes. Because the needle is driven by a machine rather than pulled by hand, placement is more controlled and the skin takes less trauma.
That control is the point. Nanoblading produces the most precise, detail-led hairstroke result we offer, and tends to retain more evenly on skin where manual microblading would blur.

A finer needle and less trauma to the skin mean pigment settles more evenly and is less likely to spread. For a known pain point — hairstrokes that blur or fade patchily on oily skin — nanoblading is the most direct answer we have.

Healing & longevity
What weeks one to four look like.
Strokes read sharpest in the first days, flake lightly between days four and seven, soften around week two, then settle through weeks three and four — fading evenly rather than patchily. Nanoblading generally lasts one to two years. A retouch within three months is included to refine the result once the brows have healed.

What is the difference between nanoblading and microblading?
Both create fine hairstrokes. Microblading uses a manual hand-tool; nanoblading uses a digital machine with an ultra-fine nano needle, around 0.18mm. The machine gives more control and causes less trauma to the skin, which is why nanoblading often holds better — particularly on oily skin where microblading can blur.
Is nanoblading better for oily skin?
Generally, yes. The finer needle and reduced skin trauma mean pigment tends to retain more evenly on oily skin than manual microblading does. If your skin runs oily, we will usually discuss nanoblading or an ombre finish with you at consultation.
Will nanoblading look too dark?
No. We control density and pigment depth stroke by stroke and choose them with you. As with all our techniques, the brow heals lighter than it appears on the day — we build colour up gradually rather than going dark and hoping it softens.

The shape is drawn and approved by you before any work begins. We map to your features and adjust until it is right. Nothing permanent happens until you have confirmed the design.
How long does nanoblading last?

Usually less, if anything. The nano needle is finer and causes less trauma, and we use a surgical numbing cream throughout. Most clients describe the sensation as mild.
